ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা:
– বগুড়া সিটির মধ্য ১-২ দিন।
– সারা বাংলাদেশে ৩-৫ দিন।
তবে অবস্থান, পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা এবং কুরিয়ার পার্টনারের মতো বিষয়গুলির উপর নির্ভর করে ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
যদি নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি না হয়, তাহলে আমরা গ্রাহকে বিষয়টি জানিয়ে দিব।
বগুড়া সিটির বাহিরে অর্ডার করলে সম্পুর্ণ ডেলিভারী চার্জ অগ্রীম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
মূল্যফেরত:
বিক্রিত পণ্য কোনো অবস্থাতেই সম্পুর্ণ ফেরত নিয়ে রিফান্ড করা হয় না। ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান সাপেক্ষে পণ্য পরিবর্তন করে দেয়া হবে।
পণ্যফেরত:
সুস্পষ্ট ও সুনির্দিষ্ট কারণ ছাড়া কোনোভাবেই পণ্য ফেরত দেয়া যাবে না। কোনো ডিফেক্ট পেলে তা পণ্য প্রাপ্তির অনধিক এক কর্মদীবসের মধ্যে ডিফেক্ট এরিয়ার সুস্পষ্ট ছবিসহ আমাদের জানাবেন, আমরা পর্যালোচনা শেষে পণ্য ফেরত পাওয়া সাপেক্ষে একই পণ্য পুনরায় ডেলিভারি করে দিব এক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কাছে পণ্য ফেরত পাঠানোর ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন তবে এই পরিবর্তনের জন্য পূনঃডেলিভারি চার্জ আমরা বহন করব।

যেকোনো পণ্য পরিবর্তন করতে চাইলে সম্পুর্ণ ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে পণ্যের বাহ্যিক এবং আভ্যন্তরিণ কোন প্রকার পরিবর্তন, ক্ষতিসাধন পরিবর্তনের অযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
রিটার্ন & রিফান্ড
পণ্যর যদি কোন সমস্যা থাকে তাহলে আমরা অবশ্যই রিটার্ন নিবো। রিটার্নের জন্য আপনি পণ্যটি হাতে পাবার পর আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করবেন।
যদি নির্ধারিত তারিখের মধ্যে আমরা পণ্যটি ডেলিভারি না দিতে পারি তাহলে আপনার টাকাটি আমরা রিফান্ড করে দিব।

– 1-2 days between Bogra City.
– 3-5 days all over Bangladesh.
However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location, product availability and courier partner.
If the product is not delivered within the stipulated time, we will inform the customer.
If ordering outside Bogra City, full delivery charges must be paid in advance.
Exchange rate
Products sold are not subject to full refunds or refunds under any circumstances. Product will be changed subject to payment of delivery charges.
Product return
Products cannot be returned under any circumstances except for clear and specific reasons. If you find any defect, please inform us with a clear picture of the defect area within one working day of receiving the product. We will re-deliver the same product subject to the return of the product after review.
Dear customers, since this is an online business and there is a delivery charge issue involved, we stock all our products after doing adequate checks before storing them, so hopefully the risk of reading defective products is very low. Full delivery charges will be borne by the customer in case of exchange of any product. In that case, any kind of external and internal changes of the product, damaging changes will be considered ineligible.
